Most products are ready for pick-up within 24 hours of purchase. However, this is not true for all items. You will receive a notification via e-mail alerting you when your order is ready. Pick-up is only available during First Care Centre clinic’s regular operating hours, which are listed on our contact page.

Please bring a copy of your photo ID and your order number at time of pick-up.

Shipping is available Canada-wide.

All return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Returns will not be accepted by worn or used products due to hygienic reasons. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, so long as they meet this criteria. Returns may
also be done in-clinic.
