MAL­LEO‑HiT® SUPREME Ankle Brace

The MAL­LEO‑HiT® SUPREME is a high-quality ankle support offering compression, stabilization, and pain relief. It features anatomically shaped, nubbed AIR‑MATRIX silicone friction pads, which deliver proprioceptive stimulation, improve joint circulation, and relieve pressure around the ankle—particularly effective for insertion tendinopathies and bursitis associated with arthrosis. The brace is constructed from breathable 3D flat-knit fabric using recycled yarn and includes innovative stretch zones and a three-part comfort zone designed to maintain a wrinkle-free, adaptive fit even during movement. A soft, pressure-reduced bandage edge further enhances long-wear comfort (Sporlastic).

This support is indicated for a variety of ankle conditions, including ankle arthrosis, chronic capsular ligament instability, inflammation or swelling of the ankle, mild sprains, post-operative recovery, and rheumatic foot and ankle disorders. It also offers additional therapeutic benefits such as enhanced cartilage nutrition, accelerated absorption of joint effusions, and reduced nociceptive pain input, complementing its mechanical support with biologically oriented effects. A QR code inside the packaging provides access to guided therapy exercises, supporting rehabilitation alongside orthotic use.

Sizing and Fit

• Available in sizes 1 through 6, fitting distal tibia circumferences ranging from 17 to 29 cm
• The brace is ambidextrous, suitable for either the right or left ankle
